“MultiVi” is a registered trademark. All content appearing on www.multivi.co.uk is the property of MultiVi or our affiliated partners.

You may use the text and images on our website for personal use only. Use for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MultiVi is strictly prohibited.

We make every effort to ensure all content on our website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy and accept no liability for any loss resulting from reliance on the information provided.

Ordering

Placing an order through our website constitutes an agreement for the supply of goods or services as outlined below.

Products displayed on the MultiVi website are an invitation to treat and do not represent a binding offer to sell. A contract is only formed when you receive an order confirmation email from MultiVi confirming payment and acceptance.

This confirmation email serves as proof of contract, whether received or not. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All content is provided for general information and may change at any time without notice.

All prices listed include VAT at 20%, which is shown at checkout, in your basket, and on your invoice.

Payment is taken at the time of order. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified, but may be cancelled.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information. We may notify you of incomplete orders where contact information is available, but are not obliged to do so.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and a digital invoice.

Delivery

Orders placed before 4 p.m. on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 4 p.m. are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us to request a full refund.

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this is accurate. We are not liable for loss, delay, or damage caused by incorrect address information, unless due to our own negligence.

Cancellation by the Customer

You have the legal right to cancel an order under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your items. Cancellations may be made without reason and without penalty unless otherwise stated. You must notify us by phone, email or in writing.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a refund according to our returns policy. If the item has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions provided in our Returns Policy.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

1. We do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order.
2. We do not deliver to your location.
3. There was an error in product pricing or description.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and refunded in full within 30 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Refunds

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the full cost including any delivery fees.

If your order has already been dispatched, items must be returned unopened and in their original condition before a refund can be issued.

Refunds are processed once all returned items have been received. The cost and risk of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Except where explicitly stated, MultiVi and its directors, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or products sold.

This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data, income or profits, damage to property, or third-party claims.

Fraud Prevention

Submitting false information or using a fraudulent payment method is a criminal offence. Anyone found doing so will be subject to the fullest legal action available.

We log digital fingerprints of all orders to support fraud investigations by legal and criminal enforcement bodies.

Changes to Terms

MultiVi reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
