Our Promise to You
Every order is carefully checked before it leaves our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take product quality seriously and aim to deliver a great experience every time. However, if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original, sealed packaging
If your item has been opened but shows a fault or issue, we will still accept the return. Please submit clear evidence (such as a photo or written description) through our contact form.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue, please use the contact form on our website. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem. Our team will respond quickly and guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo to help us resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
Once your return is approved and received, you can choose one of the following options:
- Refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 working days)
- Replacement of the same item at no extra cost (subject to availability)
- Store credit for use on a future order (usually processed faster than a refund)
You’ll receive a confirmation once your selected option has been completed.
Exclusions
- Opened items can only be returned if there is a proven fault or issue with the product.
